Called today for an appointment (July 9, 2026). The point of the appointment was for potential blood work. Ive had oral surgery and have had a fever of 102 for 2 weeks. My oral surgeon tells me there's no infection. When I was making the appointment here, I mentioned maybe checking ny white blood cells. The lady on the line said something along the lines of they probably wont do blood work. This is unacceptable. I'll be going to urgent care today and finding a new doctor tomorrow.

I am extremely pleased with the dental care I receive at Logan Family Dental. Dr. Bruce and the entire team consistently provide exceptional care and make every visit a positive experience. Dr. Bruce patiently explains every procedure and takes the time to listen to my questions and concerns. I have a wide gap between my two front teeth, and both teeth were chipped. I shared with him that I lacked confidence in my smile, and he smiled and said, "Oh, I can help with that." He certainly did—and with no out-of-pocket cost to me! 😁 I can't stop smiling, and I've been telling everyone they need to schedule an appointment with my dentist. The only concern I have is the dental unit used during procedures. The water system is extremely loud—so loud that we have to yell just to have a conversation during treatment. Today I asked whether the newer McGill Dental clinic has the same issue, and I was told it does not. Management, if possible, please consider replacing or upgrading this unit. The outstanding care provided by Dr. Bruce and his team deserves equipment that is just as exceptional. ~ Heather B. Jones, MA, MHP

The service was very unprofessional. I called to schedule an appointment and was immediately sent to voicemail without any explanation or notice. I wasn’t informed that I would be transferred or given any option to leave a message after stating the purpose of my call.

Today I saw a new provider named Onyemaechi-Nwanaji-Enwerem, MD, MS,MPP (aka Dr O). I was reluctant because I've only seen Hyman Fowler PA since the beginning of my patient status. I can say He is the best MD I've ever had interactions with. I was so pleased with Dr O for several reasons. He listened to me and acknowledged my issues and concerns. Then he asked what my expectations were of him and how he could assist me in meeting my medical goals. Although I still see Hyman (annual physical) he has transitioned into a new role at the practice and I'm so elated for him. I can honestly say I've met my other physician today and I'm looking forward to seeing him as well for my medical needs.

Staff is amazing! They listen and actually do over and above for each patient far more than the standard doctors office!
